RCH services aim to improve reproductive and child health care and services. Among introducing ICT tools during antenatal services in data collection and tracking of Women and Children. targets for MDG 4 and 5 (i.e reducing both maternal and children under 5 morbidity and mortality rates).
We focus at to design, develop and deploy tools ICT strategies that will improve poor identification, analysis and response to the risks conditions related to pregnant mothers and children less than 5 years of age in the community, poor record keeping of antenatal visits for pregnant mothers attending to the clinic and children under 5 years of age , low interactive peer to peer education between pregnant mothers ;community health workers ,Traditional birth attendants , and children in delivering health related information extracted from the currently used cards(manually) with pregnant women and children under 5 years which seems as core problems.
